OECD wants Vietnam to join its Country Programme
Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue received Director of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)’s Global Relations Secretariat Andreas Schaal in Hanoi on April 1. Schaal is on his visit to Vietnam to work with several relevant Vietnamese ministries and agencies on building a multi-dimensional assessment for the host country.
At the meeting, Deputy PM Hue emphasised that the OECD multidimensional country review would be an important basis for the Government of Vietnam to consult to formulate strategic policies for the 10-year period of 2021-2030 and towards 2045.
