Ha Noi, 19 October 2017 – The Open Educational Resources (OER) community in Viet Nam including research centers, institutions of higher education, library associations, NGOs, and international organizations promoted the OER movement at the third National Conference on OERs, through the sharing of OER practices and lessons learned, making recommendations to scale up OER in higher education in Viet Nam.
