For a safe Vietnam before a disaster

What is happening due to floods in the North Central and northern provinces show that disasters are more severe in terms of both scale and extent of devastation. Over the past 50 years, extreme weather events such as hot and dry weather and heavy rains have tended to occur more frequently in recent years. In addition to the human losses, annual disasters also damage homes, properties, and infrastructure – about 2% of the country’s GDP.
