End-to-end online public-service records disclosed for provinces, major cities
The results of measurement of end-to-end online public services with EMC online system provided by 20 ministries, branches and all 63 provinces and major cities in 2024 have been publicized by the Authority of National Digital Transformation.
EMC is a system that monitors and measures digital government services created and operated by the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC). The National Digital Transformation Department is tasked as the focal unit for providing EMC system accounts and conducting data reconciliation and updates. EMC collects data from information systems handling administrative procedures at the ministerial and provincial levels. Currently, most local systems are connected, automatically sending real-time data to EMC.
Among 63 localities, the top 10 positions belong to: Ha Nam, Da Nang, Ha Giang, Nam Dinh, Ca Mau, Dien Bien, Kien Giang, Lao Cai, Bac Kan and Gia Lai, with ratios ranging from 31.85 to 68.54 percent.
Among 20 ministries, the top positions belong to MOIT, MOF, MOJ, MOLISA, VSS, MIC, MHA, MST, Ministry of Construction and Ministry of Transport, with ratios ranging from 15.66 to 83.49 percent.
