Draft revised Law on Water Resources submitted to parliament
The draft revised Law on Water Resources was submitted to legislators at the ongoing fifth session of the 15th National Assembly on May 25 afternoon. According to Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Dang Quoc Khanh, the draft removes overlaps, clarifies responsibilities for managing water resources and exploitation facilities, and also facilitates the application of digital technology to water resources management.
