Agreement signed targeting to improve nutritional status for Vietnamese children
The Ministry of Health (MoH) and Amway Vietnam on April 23 signed a cooperation agreement on the continuous implementation of a project aimed at improving nutrition for children under five in Vietnam during 2019-2020.
Officially launched in 2014, Nutrilite Power of 5 is a social programme by Amway to help raise awareness of child malnutrition. Accordingly, Nutrilite Little Bits – Amway-developed micronutrient supplement – will be added directly to daily meals to provide full micronutrients for each serving. In addition, the programme’s specialists will organise training classes to provide knowledge and practice related to nutrition for health workers, pregnant women, mothers with children under five and teachers at kindergartens through the implementation of training and communication materials.
