By the order of the President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, on 21 November 2018, Health Minister Nguyen Thi Kim Tien presented to Dr Shin Young-soo, World Health Organization (WHO) Regional Director for the Western Pacific, the Friendship Order of Viet Nam, during an awarding ceremony at the Ministry of Health, Hanoi.
