Public services in digital environment under security
The Vietnam Social Security (VSS) organised a seminar from March 30 to March 31 in the northern city of Hai Phong as part of efforts to share experience in applying digital platforms and data to promote public services in the digital environment. According to Chu Manh Sinh, deputy general director of the VSS, the VSS now manages a database of 98.7 million people, which connects with over 13,000 medical facilities and more than 620,000 organisations, businesses, ministries, and departments. Each year sees the VSS receive and process nearly 300 million electronic transactions.
