Nguồn vốn ODA ròng đã nhận (phần trăm chi phí của chính phủ)

Tỷ lệ nguồn vốn ODA ròng nhận được trên chi phí chính quyền trung ương (%) đưa ra các thước đo về sự phụ thuộc của nước nhận viện trợ đối với khoản viện trợ. Tử số ước tính được công bố hàng năm vào cuối năm dương lịch trong cơ sở dữ liệu Thống kê Phát triển Quốc tế (IDS). Các ước tính chi phí chính phủ của IMF được sử dụng cho mẫu số. Dữ liệu về ODA dành cho các nước tiếp nhận viện trợ. Đối với Việt Nam, dữ liệu có sẵn cho giai đoạn 2003 - 2013.

Độ chính xác định vị Data on ODA is for aid-receiving countries. The data cover loans and grants from DAC member countries, multilateral organizations, and non-DAC donors. They do not reflect aid given by recipient countries to other developing countries. As a result, some countries that are net donors are shown as aid recipients. The indicator does not distinguish types of aid (program, project, or food aid; emergency assistance; or post-conflict peacekeeping assistance), which may have different effects on the economy. The official development assistance estimates are published annually at the end of the calendar year in International Development Statistics (IDS) database. Net ODA received as a percent of central government expense is calculated using values in U.S. dollars converted using the DEC alternative conversion factor which is the underlying annual exchange rate used for the World Bank Atlas method.
Tính nhất quán logic The nominal values used here may overstate the real value of aid to recipients. Changes in international prices and exchange rates can reduce the purchasing power of aid. Because the indicator relies on information from donors, it is not necessarily consistent with information recorded by recipients in the balance of payments, which often excludes all or some technical assistance - particularly payments to expatriates made directly by the donor. The aggregates refer to World Bank classifications of economies and therefore may differ from those of the OECD.
Tính đầy đủ The data is provided for the period from 1972 to 2016 and reported on an annual basis. We note that the csv. file contains blank cells for all countries and economies from 1961 to 1971, which could be updated in the future. In addition, for some years, data for some countries/economies are not available. The data for some countries/economies are not available in a period of time, or not reported continuously from 1972 to 2016.
